  • I honestly can’t say too much here because HE will do this work on you, not me. HE will be the one changing your heart posture, not me.

    I will support this unfolding through creating plenty of intentional space, inner stillness, & special ceremonial moments within those 5 days.

    I will be also sharing super openly about my own raw journey & we will touch on topics like:

    • refinement season / idols / knowing what is our responsibility & His / what can we do from our sides to open our hearts up to Him / cultivating a CLEAR channel / peace in Him / our humanness & imperfection / trust & faith that is REAL / What it truly means to be God’s DAUGHTER (not SON)

    • Business rooted in GOD, not the WORLD

    • Out of ‘performance’ & into authenticity

    • Business talks on practical AND spiritual aspects

    • Purpose as a way God wants to move you as His unique instrument

    • Comparison topics & how to stay unshakable in your unique line

Daily Schedule:

What to expect?

  • You will never receive the full daily schedules for my retreats :D You got to trust me & God on this one.

  • BUT you can expect DAILY: silent practices, tea ceremonies, pilates classes, long walks in forests, group prayers, mastermind conversations, lectures, special evening candlelit gatherings.

  • There will also be DAILY free time every day just to be, integrate, bond with the girls, and spend time in nature.

  • There will be many hours of silence in the morning & before bed. There will also be many sharing circles where you are invited to share yourself rawly & honestly.

  • NB! The phones will be taken away on the first day of the retreat (you get them back after our ending ceremony).

Disclaimers

1) This retreat is a safe space:

Meaning that you are very welcomed to enter if you are in the beginning part of your faith journey. There are no wrong questions. I will NEVER shame you or judge you. I will NEVER push you to spaces where you are not ready to go. I deeply respect your boundaries & pace. (This part is VERY important to me, since in the beginning of my own faith journey I felt very vulnerble & didn’t feel like there were too many safe spaces available)

2) This retreat is not just vaguely about God.. it is directly about God as Christ.

Meaning that IF the words: bible, Jesus, Christ, worship songs, church etc TRIGGER you a lot & you feel 0 pull currently towards them.. then this retreat is probably not for you for now. We WILL be talking A LOT about all of those things + I will teach about purpose FROM a viewpoint of Christ.

3) I am by no means ‘an expert’.

I don’t focus on religion, I focus on my personal relationship to Jesus the most. I am VERY much on my own student path with all of this. I don’t know everything & I am not gonna pretend that I have all the answers. But I DO have some powerful experiences to share + mostly I am becoming God’s instrument in this retreat & create a sacred space for Him to come & do work on us.

4) You can be more in the beginning part of your journey, or you can be deepening in this path for years already.

Both are welcome. Both get to deepen even more.

5) In my retreat your intuition is ALWAYS over me.

In EVERY practice, every moment.. you are welcomed to come exactly as deep as feels good for you. It is your responsibility to communicate your boundaries, but know from my side that they are ALWAYS honoured.

6) If you are searching for a quick-pill or SUPER-INTENSE-LIFECHANGING-24/7 ACTIVITIES type of retreat

or for me to have all the answers to your life.. then this retreat is not for you. This retreat is also not for you if you are gonna be judging on other people’s journey / knowledge & be unsupportive.

7) Clear communication is a must

— if you can’t communicate your boundaries, or if something icky is on your heart, or if you need support.. then this retreat is not for you. +This retreat has 0 tolerance for gossip.

Just 10 participant — intimate mastermind.

This year’s retreat has less spots than in the last years. Just 10 participants will create more intimate atmosphere, more 1:1 time with me, more time to get deeper with YOUR specific story & receive direct mentoring.

Every participant will be ‘hand-picked’ (hehe) & I will have calls with all of you to truly make sure that the group is in alignment :)

This retreat is not made for everybody.. but for those 10 that this is meant for.. it will be something very special.

This year we will have few things in place AFTER the retreat to truly support your unfolding forward.

  • 1x big group call 2 weeks AFTER the retreat

I have traveled a lot. I have lived in Asia, Australia, South-Africa, & Central-America. YET…even though those corners around the globe are magical…

..there is something SO incredibly unique about the North. The more I traveled, the more I realised how the TRUE ‘exotic’ destination in the world.. is the North.. is in the arms of my own homeland’s nature.

In the Nordic forests, in the smell of the pine trees & sounds of clean spring waters.. the ‘magic’ doesn’t “scream”. It is not loud. It is not in-your-face. It is more hidden. BUT.. if you slow down.. if you come to listen.. then the way God has created here.. is something energetically very-very special.

In the north, in Estonian forests.. hides a specific kind of peace.. that you can’t find anywhere else in the world.

This year’s Arm Astus Retreat will take place on the magical island of Hiiumaa, in the west of Estonia. We gather on the edge of the island, surrounded by nordic forests, secluded beaches & pure starlight.

This is a place.. you will only understand once you have experienced it.

Accommodation 2026:

Our unfolding will be nurtured & held by the gorgeous Hõbekala Guesthouse (check them out here: https://www.hobekala.ee/).

I have hosted my last 4 (!!) retreats with them & there is a reason why I keep returning — I simply love that magical place & those kind owners.

Expect:

  • Check in -> 16:00 on Monday (24.08) / check out -> 12:00 Friday (28.08)

  • Delicious + balanced homemade meals 3x a day (the main menu will be for an omnivore diet, but if you are vegan or vegetarian, then there will be extra meals made for you, no problemo xx)

  • Beautiful shared rooms (2-3 women per room) with soft beds & private bathrooms (PS! The shared rooms are the “rest zones” aka unless ALL the girls in the room agree to chat, it is considered the sacred silence space & whoever wants can have their chats outside in the common area. This rule is set to make sure that all the women get in their necessary rest time.)

  • Forest & mama nature right outside our doorsteps.. to go and get lost in

  • The beach with the beautiful sea & sunsets

  • Sauna evening

  • Aesthetics to the maxxx haha.. I mean flowers, candles, music, views that will romance your soul open

NOT included in the price:

  • Transportation to the retreat centre: you have to organize & pay for your own transportation to Hõbekala Guesthouse (if you are booking flights – highly recommend arriving a minimum of 1 day before the retreat starts in Tallinn) (regards to getting to Hõbekala from Tallinn: in previous years usually all the girls have shared cars:), but if it doesn’t work out for some reason then we always have bus options from Tallinn)

  • Some specific items I will ask you to bring to the retreat (for example: a yoga mat for pilates, 2 big white candles, meditation cushion / yoga block for our long sits in tea ceremonies, etc.)
