Includes:
30-day Daily Devotion challenge – for 30 days straight I challenge you to sit down to 30-60min for a specific practice (prayer + tea ceremony) to create space for God to work on your heart + give you guidance.
4 live calls doing morning Daily Devotion together + sharing – every Friday 8am we have a live practice call where we do our Daily Devotion in community (30-40min) + have a moment to share in the end (30min).
Monday-Friday audio-trainings by Mia –every weekday I will drop 5-15 min long audio-trainings to our private telegram group (topics for transmissions are mentioned below).
Weekly audio-question moments – every week you have opportunity to ask 2 questions by text / voicenote of 2min.

Start: 13.03 (we have our first call + telegram chat opens)
Live calls: 13.03, 20.03, 27.03, 03.04 (all are 8am Tallinn timezone)
Recordings: will be sent out within 24h after every call

since our first meeting also holds a tea ceremony practice then there are few things you need:
IMPORTANT PREP for 13.03
quiet, private space
clean the floor area / or table where u will land sitting
sheepskin/carpet & yogablock/cushion (so it is comfy for you to sit for a while)
candles (minimum 1)
journal + pen
~5g of tea — organic, loose leaf & preferably originated from China/Taiwan (either white tea, green tea, red tea, liu bao, shou puerh, sheng puerh, oolong tea). I advise you to choose with your intuition.
1x regular cup or ceremonial 'tea bowl' for tea drinking
boiled hot water in a thermos
1x empty regular bowl
Optional:
if you live in Tallinn: go buy from Chado @ Old Town (they have the best tea for ceremony)
if you want to order VERY high quality tea then Global Tea Hut is amazing (but the shipping from Taiwan might take some time, so it might not make it for our first ceremony)
Disclaimers:
It is also completely fine to find your tea in any other regular shops :)
If for any reason you are not able to find suitable tea for our first ceremony --> then no worries, still join us! & you can just do the first ceremony with hot water :)
